THE ARRIVAL DAY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS IS:
SUNDAY JULY 15TH, 2012 FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
If you would like to arrive earlier, you must find alternative accommodation. We recomment the Youth Hostel that is located very central just next to the Main river and close the the old Apfelwein district Sachsenhausen.
If you arrive later than 6:00 pm, we will have to charge you a late fee of 30 EURO.

Destination Airport:
Frankfurt / Main International Airport (FRA)
If you arrive at Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport:
ARRIVAL BY TRAIN
Destination: Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) Frankfurt am Main
Change at the Main Train Station to the U4/5 (direction Seckbacherlandstrasse / Preungisheim) or any S-Bahn (direction East) and exit at the Konstablerwache.
Change to the number 30 Bus (direction Bad Vilbel). Exit at the Bus stop Friedberger Warte.
Important: Do not travel without a valid ticket!
ARRIVAL IN FRANKFURT
On the arrival day from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, we will have an ISU Registration Office in the guesthouse (Homburger Landstr. 4). Please register here after your arrival.
Upon your arrival at the Tramstop Friedberger Warte look for ISU signs. On the ISU poster at the tram stop you will find a telephone number to call and let us know that you have arrived. Should you arrive prior to July 15th 2012, you can stay in the Youth Hostel. We would like to recommend to arrange accommodation as soon as possible.
Destination Airport:

If you arrive at Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport:
- Pick up your luggage on the arrivals level
- Follow the signs to the Regional Train Station (Regionalbahnhof)
- Buy a train ticket to Frankfurt City in the Travel Center (Reisezentrum)
- Take the S-Bahn (S8/S9 dirction Offenbach Ost/Hanau) to Frankfurt’s Konstablerwache (approx. 20 min.)
- Change to the number 30 Bus (Bad Vilbel). Exit at the Bus stop Friedberger Warte.
- Pick up your luggage on the arrivals level
- Take the direct shuttle bus to the airport train stations (the shuttle stop is on level two just outside the terminal. The Shuttle leaves every 10 minutes from 5:00 am to 12:30 am (between 12:30 am and 5:00 am you should follow the signs “Train Stations via Sky Line")
- Buy a train ticket to Frankfurt City (area code "50")

DEPARTURE
The day of departure (check-out) for all participants is:
Saturday, Aug. 13th, 2011 from 7:30 am to 12:00 am.
Please take into account in your travel plans that you cannot stay in the residence beyond Aug. 13th, 2011. Should you leave at a later date, please arrange for alternative accommodation, such as the previously mentioned youth hostel.
