Herzlich Willkommen auf den Seiten der Professur für Innovation und Entrepreneurship, insbesondere Japan/Ostasien

Unser Team erforscht Organisationen und ihre Einbettung in formale und informelle Institutionen. In besonderem Fokus stehen hierbei die Auswirkungen von Institutionen auf Innovationen, auf Unternehmertum und auf das organisationale Design. Besonders sind wir an Vergleichen von Organisationen in unterschiedlichen Ländern interessiert, so etwa zwischen Organisationen in Japan und Ostasien im Vergleich zu Organisationen in westlichen Ländern. Im englischsprachigen Raum wird dieser Ansatz als comparative institutional analysis bezeichnet. Die Professur für Innovation und Entrepreneurship, insbesondere Japan/Ostasien ist gleichzeitig am "Interdisziplinären Zentrum für Ostasienstudien (IZO)“ affiliiert.

+++ NEW CEDITRAA FELLOW: PROF. MICHAEL LOUNSBURY +++


Prof. Michael Lounsbury joins the CEDITRAA team in Frankfurt as an international Fellow in May 2023.

Prof. Lounsbury is the Roger S. Smith Professor of Business at the Alberta School of Business - Department of Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Management. As an Elected Fellow of the Academy of Management, he is recognized as one of the leading international expert on organizational management and entrepreneurship.
