Doctoral Seminar with RUB/Münster/CvO

Doctoral students from Ruhr University Bochum, the University of Münster, Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, and Frankfurt’s AccSus department gathered for a joint doctoral seminar focused on research exchange and academic development.

The seminar provided a platform for constructive feedback, interdisciplinary discussion, and networking among early-stage researchers. Presentations covered a wide array of current research topics, including managerial personality traits, political bias in analyst forecasts, and the influence of tax incentives on charitable giving.

In addition to the academic program, participants had the opportunity to connect in a more informal setting during evening events, including a guided brewery tour and group dinner—offering space for continued exchange in a relaxed atmosphere.
