Evelyn presented her paper “CEO Extraversion and Shareholders’ Say on Pay Votes”, exploring how CEO personality traits shape investor responses. Leah presented “Power through similarity: Does CEO-CFO partnership enhance firm resilience to natural disasters?”, exploring the effect of CEO-CFO similarity on firms under extreme stress.
