EAA Junior Virtual Workshop 2024

Evelyn Intan presented her research at the EAA Junior Virtual Workshop 2024, showcasing her single-authored paper titled “CEO Extraversion and Shareholders' Say on Pay Votes”. The paper explores whether and how shareholders’ votes on executive compensation are influenced by the CEO’s personality—specifically, their level of extraversion. As an early-stage project, it received valuable feedback from peers and senior researchers, helping to shape its future direction.

The workshop offered a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, with a full day of presentations and lively discussions. The virtual format made it easy to join from anywhere, yet it still delivered the interactive and supportive vibe of an in-person event, complete with a networking session.
