Welcome to the Team, Jan-Florian Kawalla!

We’re thrilled to welcome Jan-Florian Kawalla as a new PhD researcher in our team! Jan started his PhD in November 2024 after finishing his studies at the University of Muenster. In his master thesis, he examined the effects of CEOs’ long-term and sustainability incentives on firms’ carbon emissions.

We’re excited to have Jan on board and look forward to his contributions to the field of management control research!
