From Lab to Rotterdam: Presenting at ENEAR Conference 2024

From July 3–5, 2024, Evelyn Intan attended the ENEAR Conference 2024 at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she presented the paper titled “Conscientiousness, Incentives, and Productivity”. Drawing on a lab experiment, the study explores how conscientious individuals respond to incentives conditional on the complexity of the tasks.

The presentation drew significant interest from the audience, highlighting the nuanced role of personality in accounting research. Special thanks to Victor Maas (U of Amsterdam) for his very insightful discussion.
