Sustainability Standards Conference 2024

AccSus’ Erika Bognar and Anna Rohlfing-Bastian were co-organizing the Sustainability Standards Conference. The conference focused on current standard-setting activities on the ISSB agenda from both practical and academic perspectives. Prof. Dr. Ralph Alexander Lorz (Minister of Finance of the State of Hesse) opened the event, followed by keynotes from ISSB Chairman Emmanuel Faber and Vice-Chair Sue Lloyd, alongside other ISSB members and staff. Panel discussions explored global comparability, research insights, early practical experiences, and the implications of sustainability disclosures for policy and business decisions.
