Protecting your secrets: New paper accepted in Management Science!

We are thrilled to announce that the paper “Trade Secret Protection and Firms’ Internal Information Integration” has been accepted for publication in Management Science! In the paper, the department’s members Sara Bormann and Katharina Hombach analyze, together with Ionela Andreicovi, how concerns about losing secrets (e.g., to competitors) keep firms from sharing information internally.
