TRR 266 Seminar Series – Ranjani Krishnan (Michigan State University)

We would like to thank Ranjani from Michigan State University for her insightful presentation at our Accounting Research Seminar. Ranjani’s talk on “Silenced by Fear: The Impact of NDA-Restricting Regulations on Whistleblowing” explored how regulatory changes that restrict the use of NDAs to silence workers from reporting illegal workplace conduct affect individuals' willingness to report wrongdoing. Her findings offered important perspectives on the interplay between legal frameworks and whistleblowing.
