AccSus at MAS!

Our AccSus member Erika Bognar attended the Midyear Meeting of the Management Accounting Section (MAS) of the American Accounting Association in Nashville, Tennessee.
Erika presented the paper “Personality Traits, Self-Selection and Incentives”, joint work with AccSus members Sara Bormann and Anna Rohlfing-Bastian, as well as Michael Kosfeld (Goethe University). The paper was discussed by Victoria Fung, CPA (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign), who did an excellent job providing helpful comments.
Erika also participated in the IMA Doctoral Colloquium, engaging with fellow doctoral researchers and senior scholars.
