TRR 266 Workshop and Mini-PhD Course with Wayne Guay from Wharton School

Last week, our PhD students had the pleasure of discussing Wayne Guay’s paper on "Internal Information Quality and Performance Metric Selection," which sparked insightful and engaging conversations.

Over the following two days, Wayne Guay delivered a Mini-PhD course on corporate governance and executive compensation. The course provided valuable perspectives on how firms function and operate, helping students develop a stronger intuition for how governance structures shape economic decision-making.
