Kick-off for Accounting (OACC) with Matthias Breuer

Tuesday, Matthias Breuer held the first session of Accounting (OACC), one of our foundational accounting courses in the summer term 2026. This also marks his first time teaching a core course in the BSc program at Goethe University Frankfurt. As Heisenberg-Professor for Corporate Reporting & Regulation, Matthias brings strong expertise in corporate reporting and regulation to the classroom. “I’m excited to teach Accounting to such a large group of students for the first time. Foundational courses like this are a great opportunity to show how accounting concepts help us understand real business decisions,” says Matthias Breuer.
