Successful Dissertation Defense

Congratulations to our AccSus member, Evelyn, on successfully defending her dissertation last week.

Her dissertation, titled “Essays on Incentive Systems and Personality Traits,” explores how personality traits shape individuals’ behavioral and perceptual responses to incentives.

Her work highlights that incentives do not operate in a vacuum; instead, their effectiveness depends strongly on the personalities of those receiving them.
