Dr. Daniel Herbold
Daniel Herbold is currently working as a consultant at EY's People Advisory Services in the area Reward, where he is advising companies on projects centered around the topics Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and Human Resources.
Prior to that, Daniel was an Assistant Professor at the Business School CUNEF in Madrid, where he taught courses on Economics and Strategic Management and did research in the areas of Personnel and Organizational Economics.
Daniel has a Ph.D. In Economics from Goethe University Frankfurt, where he graduated in May, 2015 (Thesis title: „The Provision of Incentives in Long-Term Relationships“).
