Dr. Alicia von Schenk

About

Dr. Alicia von Schenk is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Humans and Machines of the Max Planck Institute for Human Development Berlin. In April 2021, at the age of 25, she completed her doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) in economics in the Department of Management and Microeconomics at Goethe University Frankfurt with summa cum laude. Previously, she studied mathematics first in Heidelberg and then in Frankfurt in parallel studies with economics. After completing her master's degree in mathematics, she also completed a master's degree in quantitative economics at the Graduate School for Economics, Finance, and Management (GSEFM) Frankfurt. Her primary research interests are in the economics and ethics of artificial intelligence, organizational and behavioral economics, and game theory.
