Our group studies economic behavior in firms, organizations and markets. We employ both methods from game theory and cutting edge techniques from experimental economics. Research questions include, e.g., the emergence and importance of trust and cooperation within and between organizations, the role of social approval in labor relations, and the foundations and consequences of corporate culture.
