David Poensgen completed his Ph.D. in economics 2023 at Goethe University and is now a postdoctoral researcher. Previously, he had obtained an M.Sc. in quantitative economics at GSEFM Frankfurt and studied philosophy, history and economics at Goethe university. His research interests span experimental methods, especially for the measurement of economic preferences, methodological and philosophical foundations of economics, and game theory, in particular stochastic games and the computation of stationary or Markov-perfect equilibria.
