Navid Sabet joined the Chair of Organization and Management in October 2019. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Munich. Prior to his PhD, Navid Sabet earned an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Broadly speaking, his research interests lie in the fields of public economics, political economy and applied microeconomics. His work employs empirical methods to answer questions that lie at the intersection of politics and economics. Specifically, he is motivated to better understand the impact that people and political institutions have on market outcomes.
