Dr. Tanja Hofmann
Tanja Hofmann is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Total Rewards practice located in Düsseldorf. Tanja’s main focus is on consulting clients on all issues concerning the design and implementation of compensation systems and job grading structures for international organizations. Key expertise lies also in carrying out of peer group benchmark studies as well as various international divestiture/ HR-PMI projects or M&A transactions. Prior joining Deloitte, Tanja worked as the scientific head of the Association of Employed Academics and Executives in the Chemical Industry (VAA), for which she was responsible for conducting one of the largest compensation surveys in the German chemical sector - in cooperation with RWTH Aachen University.
Tanja Hofmann has studied Economics and Business Administration at Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg and she holds a PhD in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University. Her focus lies on personnel and organizational economics in international surroundings as well as on M&A Human Capital projects and Total Rewards solutions.
