Julian Molitor is M.Sc. in Finance (HEC Paris) and B.Sc. in Business Administration (University of Mannheim). As an external PhD student at the Chair of Business Administration and Strategic Management, Mr. Molitor was primarily concerned with the question of how multinational companies can use M&A to accelerate digital business model innovation.
Mr. Molitor has extensive experience in strategy consulting and investment banking. Particularly in the pharmaceutical and financial services industry, Mr. Molitor advised globally active companies on the realignment of their business model within the framework of market entry strategies and post-merger integrations.
During his master studies, Mr. Molitor acquired relevant additional qualifications (e.g. Certificate of Digital Transformation) in the field of digital business model transformation, to which his research interests are linked. In addition to his professional activity, he has the necessary theoretical and practical experience as well as a great academic interest in the field of digital business model renewal.
