Fatima-Zahra Aamer is a doctoral candidate at Goethe University Frankfurt under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lars Schweizer. Fatima- Zahra holds a Baccalauréat in Mathematical Sciences, a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and a Master of Science in Business Administration.

On the professional side, Fatima-Zahra has worked in reputable multinational companies in the financial industry. She started her career as an OTC-Derivatives Associate in an American Investment Bank where she ensured the viability of multi-million dollar portfolios. Fatima-Zahra is currently in Merger & Acquisition business where she, inter alia, helps enterprises from a variety of industries navigate through various complex debt and equity transactions.

Her research interests lie primarily in the area of merger & acquisition and entrepreneurial finance.
