Jean WANG is a doctorate candidate at the UBS-Endowed Professorship for Strategic Management at Goethe University Frankfurt. She studied in MBA in high-tech management at University of Saskatchewan, Canada and in B.A. of Science in Pharmacy, China Pharmaceutical University, China.
After years of frontline practices on both corporate development and investment banking, she have gained a wealth of professional experience from her diverse responsibilities covering major international markets for various types of transactions with different stakeholders, and hence real data and inside insights from empirical level on how theories and frameworks for global business concerning cross-border M&A from emerging market as one of means to develop strategy of internationalization are accurate and inaccurate.
Ms. Wang’s research focus is in corporate strategy and development, cross-border M&A and its PMI from emerging markets with remote R&D management and knowledge/capability transfer in particularly Capital Goods industry.
