Ralf Koßmann is director of the "Quality Management & Accreditation" department of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Goethe University. He is responsible for national and international accreditation reports, analyses of course evaluation data, and has initiated the Goethe Masters Students Panel (GMSP).

Ralf Koßmann has studied Economics and Business Administration at Ruhr University Bochum and he holds a PhD in Business Administration from University Duisburg-Essen. After that, he became coordinator for the master's programs Business Administration and International Management at Goethe University Frankfurt. His focus lies on personnel and organizational economics in international management as well as economics of education.
