Annika Wolf is Professor for Corporate Finance and Project Finance at the University of Applied Science in Emden/leer. Previously, she was a researcher at the UB-Endowed Chair for Business Administration, especially Strategic Management at Goethe University in Frankfurt

Her research, teaching and consulting activities focus on strategic business decisions in restructuring and insolvency situations, corporate finance, legal and economic aspects of corporate governance as well as entrepreneurship in emerging markets.

She studied International and European Business Studies at the University of Bamberg, at the Clarion University of Pennsylvania and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. Annika was awarded her doctorate degree from Humboldt University in Berlin before she joined the European University Institute in Florence as Max Weber postdoctoral research fellow.
