Fei Wang is currently working as a research assistant at the Chair of Innovation and Entrepreneurship with focus on Japan/East Asia. Prior to joining the team of Professor Storz, he worked as a machine learning specialist at SenseTime. Fei Wang received a dual M.Sc. degree in economics from the University of Konstanz and the University of Nottingham, where he also got his bachelor's degree in business and management there.
Fei Wang also holds a Higher Diploma in Mathematics from the University College Dublin and a Master of Arts in Philosophy (part-time) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Fei has passed all three levels of CFA exams and was charted for four years when he was working as a financial analyst in Hong Kong.
He is broadly interested in innovation, economics of digitization, and China's economic rise.
