About

Dr. Ramona Grieb studied Business Administration with a focus on Organization and Japanese Economy at Philipps University Marburg and Kent University in Canterbury, United Kingdom. Her research interests during her PhD were in the field of strategic management, change management, corporate social responsibility and corporate culture.

From February 2008 to March 2015, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Innovation and Entrepreneurship with focus on Japan/East Asia.

In 2017, Dr. Ramona Grieb obtained her PhD at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, focused on the content of strategic management in an international comparison. From 2017 to 2019, she worked as a research assistant at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and at Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences. From 2019 to 2021, Dr. Ramona Grieb worked as an organizational developer at the City administration of Giessen, and supervised projects on the Onlinezugangsgesetz (OZG), the eFile, and change management.

Since April 2021, she has been working as a senior consultant at PD - Berater der öffentlichen Hand GmbH. Dr. Grieb is in charge of projects in the business area of construction, infrastructure and municipal consulting with a focus on strategic administrative modernization in municipalities.

Since the Summer term 2015 Dr. Ramona Grieb has worked as lecturer for M.A. Modern East Asian Studies (MEAS).
