Huynh Sang Truong joined the PhD program in Quantitative Finance at GSEFM in 2017, after obtaining his BSc degree from Goethe University Frankfurt and Vietnamese-German University with specialization in finance.

In October 2019, he became a research assistant at the Chair of Industrial Organization at Goethe University Frankfurt. His research interests lie in the fields of private equity, entrepreneurial financing, innovation financing, and the industrial economics of financial markets.

Previously, he worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Industrial Organization and the Research Center „Sustainable Architecture for Finance in Europe“ (SAFE). He also gained practical experience as Junior Digital Venture Manager at Fincite Gmbh.
