Significant drop in the marketing industry's confidence

In the November survey of the DMV-ifo Marketing Barometer, the self-assessment of the German marketing industry deteriorated significantly. This goes hand in hand with the worsening of the Corona situation and follows the best values last month.

The current business climate of the marketing industry decreased by 3.9 points compared to the previous month of October to an index value of 93.0 points. The sharpest decline compared to the previous month was in the business expectations of German marketeers, which fell by 6.4 points to 95.3 points.

With the exception of price expectations, all other indicators also declined in November.
