Peter Gomber advises European Securities and Markets Authority

Peter Gomber, Professor of e-Finance at Goethe University Frankfurt and Principle Investigator in SAFE, has been appointed for a third term of two years a member of the Consultative Working Group (CWG) of the Secondary Markets Standing Comittee of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). The CWG supports ESMA in its work on structure, transparency and efficiency of secondary markets for financial instruments in Europe, including trading platforms and OTC markets, and provides recommendations for the regulation of securities trading.
