AI Is Transforming Work: New Opportunities Instead of Job Loss
Artificial intelligence will fundamentally transform work, but it will not primarily replace jobs. Routine tasks are increasingly being automated, while new roles are emerging at the intersection of business and technology. In his research and teaching, Bauer focuses in particular on explainable AI and human-machine collaboration, key aspects for the responsible use of AI in business and society.
