First Place at the European Ivy League

The Faculty of Economics and Business achieved an outstanding success at this year’s European Ivy League held from 5 June to 7 June, securing first place among 16 international teams. Our team of eight students advanced through the competition and defeated ESB Reutlingen 4–2 in the final.

A special distinction went to Titus Croonen, who was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player. In addition, our students excelled beyond the playing field by winning the accompanying Adidas Case Study competition.

We warmly congratulate all participants on this remarkable achievement. We also extend our sincere thanks for organizing and supporting this initiative, which once again demonstrates how sports can foster exchange and strengthen connections among students. The European Ivy League (EIL) is the leading Business School Soccer Tournament in Europe. It is HHL’s oldest student initiative with HHL students organizing the event.
