Spanish for Economists - Courses for all Students
These courses are designed to provide students with communicative and intercultural skills. Students will have an opportunity to brush up and perfect their existing knowledge of Spanish as well as to develop their knowledge of specialised vocabulary. They will also gain an insight into general aspects of the Spanish and Latin American economies.
There are two levels:
THE GOAL OF THIS COURSE is to brush up and perfect students' existing knowledge of Spanish and to give them a first look into the economic life of Spain and Latin America. It is through this communicative framework that Spanish economic vocabulary will be introduced and consolidated.
- The media
- The economy in Spanish speaking countries
- International institutions of the economy and the politics

THE GOAL OF THIS COURSE is to deepen communicative competencies as well as to gain an insight into concrete topics in everday economic and corporate life. Students will also learn about cultural differences.

Pre-registration is required and can only be done online.
Introduction course (26 double-lesson hours including the written examination): 150 euros
Intermediate course (13 double-lesson hours including the written examination): 80 euros
For all levels, registrated students will receive course materials with economic exercises and selected economic texts.
Students who pass the final exam (90 min.) will receive a completion certificate giving a grade of the level of language achieved together wih the personal grade attained. According to the Examination Regulations, no credit points are given for this type of courses.
