IMFS starts Webinar series on "Macroeconomic Modelling and Pandemics"

Since May 4, the IMFS launches a new webinar series on macroeconomic modelling and the coronavirus pandemics. In the first session, Prof. Harald Uhlig will talk about "Macroeconomic Dynamics and Reallocation in an Epidemic". The Macroeconomic Modelling and Model Comparison Network (MMCN) is a network of researchers interested in systematically comparing models and contributing to policy application. The network is run in cooperation with the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) in London. It is initiated by the Macroeconomic Model Comparison Initiative (MMCI), consisting of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and the IMFS.
