Eva Koscher completed her doctorate at Goethe-University Frankfurt in 2018 and works as a Research Fellow (Postdoc) and Lecturer at the Professorship for Strategic Management. Her research and teaching focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility, Mergers & Acquisitions, and on strategic business decisions. She is especially interested in the behavioural foundations of Strategic Management and in investigating how the institutional environment and social interaction with different stakeholders influence company decisions.

Eva graduated in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg and gained practical experience working in the business development of an international law company, as a consultant, and for several start-ups. Previously, she worked as a lecturer at Coventry University, University of Exeter, and BPP Business School London. In 2015, she completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education at Coventry University and therefore became a fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. Her pedagogical pursuits include the exploration of innovative practices in teaching and curriculum internationalization.
