Stephan Jansen is managing partner of Beyond the Deal Deutschland, a globally active M&A and PMI boutique. Stephan manages the German office and is responsible for the markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He also oversees divestitures on a global level. Before his consulting career, Stephan spent 15 years in operational and strategic roles at SAP AG, F.Hoffmann-La Roche, and Fresenius SE. Stephan managed a multitude of deals on a global level. Since over 10 years Stephan is particularly interested in and engaded with: “Generating value with M&A transactions by optimizing process- and integration- management” and “Methods and techniques for effective negotiation”. Stephan holds a Master in Biology from the University of Konstanz and an MBA from the University of Glasgow.
