Teaching
Our courses provide comprehensive training in producing, preparing, analyzing, and using corporate information. In our foundational courses, we equip students with fundamental accounting terminology and techniques. In our advanced courses, we apply these skills to various decision problems, highlighting the role of accounting for business strategy, sustainable growth or as a basis for making investment decisions in capital markets. In our graduate programs, we leverage our diverse methodological backgrounds to stimulate out-of-the-box thinking.
Below, please find an overview of our courses. Please note that not all courses might be offered at all times. For the courses offered in a specific semester, please refer to QIS.

Most courses use the learning platform OLAT. You need an HRZ account (username and password) to log in. This is the same account used for Wi-Fi access and was issued with your Goethe Card.
How to register for a course in OLAT:
1. Log in with your HRZ credentials.
2. Under “Links for a quick start in OLAT,” select “Catalog” and search for your course under Faculty 02 → your program.
3. Register for the course via the menu item “Einschreibung” (registration), or ask your instructor to add you as a participant.
All registered courses will appear under “My Courses” on your homepage.
Please note that some courses use Moodle instead of OLAT. In these cases, access information will be provided directly in the course catalogue (QIS) or by the course instructor.
