Carsten Schell

Carsten Schell is a doctoral student at the AccSus Department. In his research, he examines how carbon pricing shapes carbon-related management compensation, with a particular focus on whether firms rely more on soft or hard incentive components and how the strength of these incentives varies across institutional settings.
