Erika Bognar
Erika Bognar is a Doctorate Student at the AccSus Department. Her research focuses on social sustainability reporting (“the S in ESG”) in light of recent regulatory developments, and the role of personality traits in work environments, particularly the interaction of self-selection, incentives, and performance. Alongside her doctoral studies, she works as a Project Assistant at the Accounting Standards Committee of Germany (DRSC e.V.), contributing to projects in sustainability reporting and the reporting of intangible assets.
