Prof. Dr. Sara Bormann
Sara Bormann is Professor of Accounting and Management Control. In her research, she focuses on the interplay between internal and external information environments, incentive contracts, and the role of personality traits for decision-making. Her work has been published in Management Science, and the Journal of Management Accounting Research.
Sara is a principal investigator at TRR 266 - Accounting for Transparency and the DFG-funded Project “Personality Traits and Incentives”.
