Consequences of the Corona epidemic for the application and admission procedures

Update July 08, 2020:

Thank you for your application. Please expect our first feedback on admission by end of July at the earliest. 

Update May 11, 2020:

We have extended the application period by one month. Applications can be submitted through Uni Assist between April 1 and June 15, 2020. We will maintain the formal requirements for the application. Please submit all required documents in time.

International applicants are no longer required to mail hard copies of their documents. Uploading scans of certified documents online to Uni Assist is sufficient. In case of admission you will have to present the original documents upon enrollment.

About the Degree Program

Goethe University’s Master of Science in International Economics and Economic Policy (MIEEP) is our answer to the challenges of a globalizing economy for corporations, economic policy, and society. It is designed to endow students with the economic expertise and analytical skills for a successful career in administration, government, national and international associations, and global corporations.

We preferably welcome students with a bachelor degree in economics or business. Candidates with strong analytical skills from related fields will also be considered.

Applications are open from April, 1 to May, 15.
