The winter term 2020/21 will take the form of a hybrid semester. This means that the majority of modules will be taught online. Only small courses with less than 20 participants can be held on campus. For information whether a course is taught online or in person, please see the course catalogue (if no rooms are indicated, the course is taught online).
The Covid-19 pandemic does not only affect teaching but also campus life. Masks are mandatory on campus and in all university buildings and may only be taken off once you reached your work place. Except for classes, it is also not possible to visit university buildings. The only exception to this rule are the re-opened cafeterias and the libraries. This also means that there are no (communal) work spaces available where you could participate in virtual classes. Please keep this in mind when designing your schedule and allow for enough time to move between campus (in case of classes taught in person) and your work place for courses taught online.
Please check the university's Corona website regularly for updates: www.uni-frankfurt.de/corona.
