Welcome, Willkommen, Bienvenue, Bienvenido, Benvenuto!
We are the WiWir Buddy Program, a student initiative from the Faculty of Economics and Business, a student initiative from the Faculty of Economics and Business, dedicated to supporting exchange students from our faculty’s partner universities.
What is our motivation?
Our goal is to welcome international students and help them settle into their new academic and everyday life here in Frankfurt. Our Buddies are students from the Faculty themselves and are therefore the ideal companions for anyone in need of support. You can get in touch with your Buddy even before arriving in Germany, so they can assist you in preparing for your stay. Once you're here, we’ll help you get to know the university, explore Frankfurt, and connect with other students.
We regularly organize events such as parties, bar crawls, and company visits — and you’re always welcome to join! The list of events for the upcoming semester will be published soon. Please feel free to contact us or your Buddy at any time. Students from other faculties are kindly asked to contact the Buddy Program of the Global Office of Goethe University, please see here.
We look forward to welcoming you in Frankfurt!
