Research on explainable AI wins Best Paper Award
Oliver Hinz, Moritz von Zahn (Faculty of Economics and Business at Goethe University) and Kevin Bauer (University of Mannheim) have been awarded for their research in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). Their work shows that explainable AI has a lasting impact on users' information processing, whereby cognitive biases can have long-term effects on people and organizations.
Their research was published in the renowned journal "Information Systems Research", one of the world's two leading journals in information systems, which has now recognized the article with the 2023 Best Paper Award. Congratulations!
